WFC Goalkeepers
Goalkeeper Development
WFC Rangers has a proud legacy of developing high-level goalkeepers. We value the position for its unique skill set, leadership, and mental toughness. All WFC Rangers players have access to free, specialized small-group goalkeeper training led by experienced coaches.
If you’re interested in goalkeeper training, please contact our Goalkeeper Director.
Young Goalkeepers
Our youth goalkeeper sessions are designed to be high-energy, engaging, and fun. These optional trainings are open to any player interested in trying the position.
At the younger age groups, we do not assign permanent goalkeepers — instead, we use a pool of players to build a broad foundation of skills. Our focus is on developing athleticism, coordination, footwork, and basic handling, while fostering enjoyment and confidence in the position.
Elite Goalkeepers
As players grow and choose to specialize, our elite goalkeeper training provides advanced, position-specific development. Sessions focus on positioning, shot-stopping, handling crosses, distribution, communication, and the mental aspects of the game — preparing goalkeepers to perform at the highest level.
