With over 25 years of dedicated service to Whatcom FC Rangers, Jason assumed the role of Executive Director in January 2020, marking a pivotal moment in his longstanding relationship with the club. His journey began as a coach, where he honed his craft and passion for the sport, stepping in as interim Director of Coaching on three occasions prior to his appointment as the club’s Executive Director.

Over a decade of club leadership & coaching experience with the WFC Rangers program.  Also serves as the Assistant Coach at Western Washington University. 

 

Professionally, Jamie played with the NWSL’s Seattle Reign. She also played at WWU from 2008-2012, earned All-America honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America in 2012 while establishing school records for career shutouts (39) and goals-against average (0.58).

She holds a USSF ‘B’ License and the NSCAA Level 1 and Level 2 goalkeeping license.

Bringing a wealth of coaching expertise accumulated over 18 years at the pinnacle of American soccer, Josh has made a significant impact within the sport. Prior to joining the Rangers, he ventured overseas as an assistant coach with Europa Point FC in the Gibraltar Premier Division, adding an international dimension to his coaching repertoire.

Josh’s coaching journey includes a prestigious tenure as US Soccer’s Development Academy U12 Director and Head Coach for the Jacksonville Armada Professional Club from 2017 to 2018. His coaching prowess extends to the semi-professional realm, having guided the FC Jax Destroyers in the PDL and served as an assistant coach with the Flagler College men’s soccer team.

Distinguished by his ability to nurture talent, Josh has mentored seven players who ascended to the professional ranks, gracing esteemed clubs such as Boca Juniors in Argentina’s Primera Division, Atletico Madrid, and Getafé CF in Spain’s La Liga, and Hannover 96 and Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany’s Bundesliga. Notably, his coaching has also propelled twenty-five players to US Youth National Team rosters and camps, with three players representing the United States in the U17 and U20 World Cups.

In addition to his coaching accolades, Josh boasts a robust background in club leadership, having held roles as Director of Coaching and Executive Director for FC United, PDA Florida, Ancient City Soccer Club, and St. Augustine Armada over the past 15 years.

Josh’s commitment to professional development is underscored by his possession of the United States Soccer Federation’s “A” Coaching License and the Premier Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in counseling and family therapy, enriching his coaching philosophy with a holistic approach.

Beyond the pitch, Josh finds fulfillment in his role as a husband to Tiffany and a father to three children, Nissa, Judah, and Avila. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he is thrilled to return to Bellingham, where he can reconnect with his extended family while continuing to contribute to the local soccer community.

Noah, a seasoned addition to the WFC Rangers coaching staff since November 2016, brings a wealth of experience from both his playing and coaching endeavors.

His professional playing career saw him don the jerseys of Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew and the NPSL’s Las Vegas Strikers, showcasing his talent and dedication at the highest levels of the game. Noah’s journey in soccer began during his collegiate years at Oral Roberts University, where he graduated with a degree in Elementary Education while excelling as a key player for the Division 1 soccer team.

Transitioning seamlessly into coaching, Noah served as a volunteer assistant for the University of North Florida men’s team and spent a season as an Assistant Coach at Western Washington University. His coaching footprint extends across various youth development programs, including four years of coaching in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) in Florida and two years in the Elite Player Development (EPD) program in Washington. Notably, Noah’s leadership was also instrumental during his tenure as the director for PDA Florida.

Throughout his coaching career, Noah has nurtured numerous elite players, many of whom have continued their soccer journeys at esteemed institutions such as UCLA, Notre Dame, NC State, and UCF, testament to his ability to foster talent and develop players to their fullest potential.

Noah’s dedication to professional growth is underscored by his possession of the USSF A License, a testament to his commitment to excellence in coaching.
