With over 25 years of dedicated service to Whatcom FC Rangers, Jason assumed the role of Executive Director in January 2020, marking a pivotal moment in his longstanding relationship with the club. His journey began as a coach, where he honed his craft and passion for the sport, stepping in as interim Director of Coaching on three occasions prior to his appointment as the club’s Executive Director. During this time, he also coached in the state’s ODP program, and recently won back-to-back State Cup Championships with our G09G team and captured the Div 1 title in 2023/24 season with the same team.
 
Jason recently relinquished his head coaching position at Bellingham United to focus on his Rangers Commitments. As the coach of this semi-professional men’s team competing in the 
Evergreen Premier League, he helped the club win their first outdoor championship in 2021 and followed it up in 2022 with back-to-back championships. He will miss working with the players at Bellingham United, especially the players who graduated from Rangers.
Originally hailing from Ireland, Jason made the leap across the pond in 1992, with a temporary stay evolving into a permanent residency by 1996. Over the past 25 years, he has seamlessly integrated himself into the fabric of the community, serving as a stalwart leader in both business and sports spheres, and becoming a United States Citizen in 2016. Jason’s unique blend of experiences,
 spanning from grassroots coaching to executive leadership, equips him with a multifaceted perspective that enriches his role within the club and beyond.
