24 Hour Soccer Festival
The 24 Hour Festival fundraising event held June 28-29 was a success! On behalf of the Rangers Program and the Blue Skies Foundation we would like to express our gratitude to those individuals and organizations who supported this event! It was an amazing 24-hours of non stop soccer matches held at the Bellingham Sportsplex. Every team from our club, coaches, and board members came together and played for a portion of the 24 hour event.
Thanks to donations from our families, community members, and local businesses this event raised $20,658.
80% of the proceeds raised through donations will go to support the Rangers program for future scholarship and 20% was donated to the Blue Skies for Children Foundation.
The Blue Skies Foundation mission is to raise hope and self-esteem by sponsoring enrichment programs and other essentials for homeless, low-income and foster children in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Their vision is to grant a Little Wish for each and every eligible child ages 6-18. We are proud to partner with a local foundation who has been making a positive impact on our community since 1997.
