2022 Ranger Golf Classic
August 27, 2022, WFC Rangers will host the Ranger Golf Classic at North Bellingham Golf Course.
The WFC Rangers welcomes all interested golfers to our golf tournament. Whether you’re an experienced golfer, or simply driven by your love of the game, this is the perfect opportunity to play on one of Bellingham’s premier courses while supporting player scholarships for our Ranger families. Not a golfer? Join us for dinner and silent auction!
Golf is a 4-person team scramble, shotgun start, with additional hole challenges and prizes!! (see tournament format below). Tournament followed by a prime rib dinner and silent auction open to all, whether golfing or not.
Golf player cost is $125 per player.
Dinner is $50 per person and includes 2 drink tickets.
Registration and Payment Instructions
- Use the “New Registration” button at the bottom to register for golf, dinner w/ silent auction, or both. Registration by August 25th Encouraged.
- Payment can be made by Venmo, mailing a check to the address below, or check or cash day of tournament at the check-in table (please pre-register but walk-ins accepted).
Venmo – @Whatcom-Rangers (you will see the Rangers logo) with notation of who the payment is for and how many golf and/or dinner tickets purchased.

- Arrive early to the North Bellingham Golf Course and proceed to the check-in table. We will collect or verify payment at that time.
- Get out there and have FUN while supporting a very worthy cause!
Tournament Format
The four-person scramble features teams of four players competing with one another. In this format, each team’s players hit from the tee box, then the team members choose the best of the four shots for the next shot. All team members then play the second shot from that location, and again choose the best shot.
Additionally, we have exciting hole challenges with prizes including a 50/50 pot! $5 buy-in day of event for putting and chipping challenge. All golfers included in the closest to pin and long-drive “Distracter” challenges.

By playing in the Rangers’ Golf Classic, you are helping support Rangers in need of scholarship opportunities. We use a single membership fee system to ensure financial transparency to all our families. For two years in a row, we have provided scholarships to every family that qualified. This year the need is even greater!!
